Major health benefits for my kids, reduces my stress which in turn makes their life a little calmer......

It is also good for the government, if no one smoked, people would live a lot longer, can you imagine how much they would have to pay out in age pensions, and that's why they will never ban smoking......
they only put the warnings on the packet so they can say that they care about our health, but they couldn't afford it if they lost the money they make from the sale of cigarettes.........

...Do you seriously want me to answer this question? I was thinking the answer was obvious, ok, smoking gives you a temporary high at a serious cost to your physical health, the effects of which will last for a LONG LONG time, it can lead to various cancers such as lung and mouth. It can permanently discolour your teeth. Then there's emphysema, which virtually destroys your lungs. Oh and smoking builds up this fatty residue in your arteries which can lead to heart disease and an early death.

I've had family members and family friends suffer of these as a result of smoking or passive smoking.

If you think a temporary high is worth all this, then be my guest and puff away on that stick of death.

This is a health warning.

To sum it up:

Smoking is BAAAAD!!!

I saw on a "House" episode where Dr. House told a patient who had constipation to smoke one cigarette a day. I know from experience that smoking does indeed work in this regard.

Yes. Smokers have a far lower chance of developing Alzheimers, although perhaps that is partly due to the fact that smokers tend to die before they reach the age at which Alzheimers develops.

SURE.
It causes you to breathe deeper & cough both of which exercise
the lungs.
Sometime it causes you to walk a country mile just to reach a
damn smoking area.

Yes, smokers die younger so they don't run out of retirement money and have to eat out of dumpsters.

Does "smoking" cover cigarettes and weed? Cuz one kills you dead, and one prolongs your life and fights cancer.
