i just found out i am pregnant im about 6 weeks and my breasts were very sore for the first few weeks but for the last two weeks they have not been sore. i am very scared because i have heard that if a symptom or sign disappears then you could have a miscarriage.....im only 17. i have other signs like:

>frequent urination
>nauseas
>dizzyness
>im tired all the time
>my last period was lighter than usual
>i have heartburn sumtimes (but i dont know if that counts since im not too far along)
>my back hurts
>and im craving lemons

what does this all mean? Could the test have been wrong and it is all just in my mind?

whoever told you this is CRAZY, trust me, if a symptom "goes away" be thankful....really, your breast won't always hurt, your back won't always hurt, you will be tired, but not always, and your heartburn and cravings that's just normal, but then again, you won't ALWAYS have them.
Normal symptoms for pregnancy(and keep in mind that everyone is different):

-frequent urination(hmmm, no hint on this one, you'll have to just live with it, sorry :(

-tiredness(take a nap in the middle of the day if possible, the best time to do this is between 2 and 4 and only for about 30 min.)

-backache(try taking a warm,not too hot bath)

-heartburn(avoid anything really greasy or spicy)

-mood swings(sometimes very emotional)(take a walk)

-cravings(remember to never over eat)

-nausea(try keeping a tupperwear container filled with cut up lemons in the fridge and when your stomach is upset suck on or eat one or two lemon slices, thats what i did and it seemed to help)

be sure to take your vitamins everyday and keep ALL appointments to your Ob/Gyn.
Best of Luck to you and your new baby!!!

GO TO YOUR DOCTOR! That is the best way to judge. It is possible you got a false positive, but it could be possible that there is a problem. At 17 you shouldn't be getting pregnant anyway....I am not saying don't have sex, that wont' work, but you shouldn't be having babies when you are still a baby yourself. Wait another 10 years before starting a family, when you are more stable and financially able.

Just because your breasts are no longer sore does not mean you're going to have a miscarriage and all the other symptoms you described are signs of pregnancy.
If you were adult enough to have sex and get pregnant, you are adult enough to get your behind to the doctor- for yourself and your baby-to-be...

If in fact your are pregnant you should see a doctor as soon as possible. You need to be on vitamins and make sure everything is going OK.

yes sounds like it, you can check on pregnancy sites or with your doctor. You sound really young to support a child till they are 18, with un conditional love and send them to college along with supporting yourself and your husband. I suggest you wait! by the time this child would be 18 (going to college) you will be 35!

Sounds like you have like a blockage? I would go get a pap done. ASAP before you get an infection
