Their is only ONE shortline out there...I used to work at McDs....the chances are very slim.......when monopoly rolled around me and my friend would take as many as we could....we had 20 full game boards..each missing one.
Just thought I would let you know. Your better off trying for the small stuff.

Just so you know you have the pieces that are in mass production, the 3 you have are produced in the millions of pieces, the winning piece is maybe limited to 1-2 pieces, so you have nothing to bargain with I'm afraid sorry. I could go to McDonald's and buy 15-20 large fries and could get the same pieces you have, so unless you have the one rare piece you have nothing.
