Bill Gates for sure
The Donald is too use to having people do everything for him so even if he tried he'd botch it. Bill on the other hand has the type of mind with which he would figure it out if it wasn't something he didn't already know how to do.

Both have worked hard to where they've come to. However only Donald actually has had children so he might actually have some inkling of goings on around the house and how to take care of things. Bill I think would just try to invent something to do the work for him. Advantage - Donald
