i have firefox 1.5 browser.anyway how much better will 2.0 be.will there be new features.

Congratulations firstly on having the sense to defect from the Blue E...As with all updates, the developers will be including new features and these will be fully appreciated later in the month when the new V.2.0 is launched. I was online in the early days of the web over twelve years ago when the Mosaic browser was king. Then along came the monopolistic Microsoft and lumbered us with the security holed IE in all its ghastly forms.I downloaded IE7 to see what it offered and Uncle Bill has just included the tabbed browsing and other goodies that Mozilla have been doing well for years!! The current version of the new Firefox is a beta version so you may as well wait for the full package later in the month..Good Luck

It's scheduled for release on Tuesday, October 24. There was a beta version available at the first link below, but you probably want to wait for the real thing. The second link is for a news story about the 2.0 release.
