Hi. When you ask someone you really aren't sure of it is always a really nervous moment. I wouldn't be too abrupt. She may need a little space. Ask her if to go with you to see a movie. Tell her that its something you really want to see. Just go and eat popcorn and enjoy it. Afterward, ask her if she would like to do it again. If she says yes, she likes you.

Ask her about her past relationships.
Remember that if you ask her out and she rejects and despises you, you don't want anything to do with her anyway

you have a problem there,, at that age, it's hard to come out of your shell if she is in one,, but then,, it would be great for you if she said yes,, uh-mm,, i guess ask her out to see a movie and do your move then,, walk in the park get close and see where that goes,,
