Your doctor can tell you for sure. But, you probably aren't pregnant and I will tell you why.
If you are far enough along to actually hear a heartbeat, then you should be showing. Are you showing? Have you actually missed periods?
Are you using a cheap stethoscope? Or do you have access to the actual tools and equipment in an OB's office? If you're using your own ears and a stethoscope, I'm betting what you're hearing is your own heart and your own body's processes. I bet you aren't a doctor, and I'm betting you haven't graduated from medical school, with a specialty in obstetrics. If you aren't sure that you're not pregnant, then go to a real honest to goodness doctor to find out. The sooner you do that, the healthier you (and your baby, if by some chance you are pregnant) will be.

You are probably hearing your own heartbeat. If when a woman is in the late stages of pregnancy, the doctors can pick up her own heartbeat as well as the baby's. Check with your doctor to get a pregnancy test. A blood test is the best for testing.

Its not possible to hear he heartbeat unless you have an ultrasound or you are far along enough to buy the special baby heart beat monitor.

It is very important that you go see a doctor. A lot of things can make pulsatile heart-beat like noises in your lower stomach. When normal blood vessels are narrowed or under pressure, they can make noises like that. Some of these things can be serious, so please go check it out sooner rather than later.
By the way, how on earth can you listen to your lower stomach...?

it may just be your own heartbeat. you can hear it anywhere throughout your body. But if u start to get really bad stomach aches, have your doctor check your tubes, sometimes the baby can get stuck in there

Of course you hear a heart beat - YOURS! You have major arteries and everthing done there!
Unless of course you don't have any of that.
But really, what does your doctor say? Either you are pregnant or not!
