Smart. Look at these attractive women: Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie, Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears, etc. Enough said.

Well the right thing to say is of course smart, but in our society or as I refer to it as the "My Space" age looks play a huge roll. Its been proven over and over again. Men who are tall - 6ft, with hair with at least a BBA/BA fare better in the workplace, than a man who is bald, shorter than 5'9". Though the shorter man may be more qualifed the taller better looking man will usually get the promotion. Women are also judged on looks as well. Its not fair, but that is life. So my honest answer is attractive.

If I had to choose, I would choose my child to be smart. If my child was smart, he or she would be able to make a great deal of money and if they so chose, would be able to have any plastic surgery they deemed necessary. Of course I would love my child no matter what they looked like or how smart or unintettigent they were.

Don't listen to what ppl say. Listen to what they do.
I saw a program on pbs that discussed sperm banks among other things. They even featured a guy who was father with 'genius' sperm from a bank. The bottom line, they interviewed someone from a sperm bank and he said that all ppl (rich, poor, smart, dumb) look through the catalogues and pick attractive donors.

Smart - Without a brain in life you spend more time standing then falling flat on your face. If you can't understand that then you have to go make your self pretty.

I would (and do) choose smart. A lack of attractiveness can be fixed, both cosmetically and through a lot of confidence and personality. However, a lack of intelligence can't really be overcome. In order to be successful these days, it's one's own effort and ability that get things done, not usually their looks.

If I had to chose, I would prefer my child to be smart. Looks can only go so far. Later on in life, you need your brain for most jobs. You can only be pretty for so long and then you lose your hair, get wrinkles, bags under your eyes, boobs droop, etc. Then your modeling job is out the window. Just my opinion.
