i am 15-3 months until 16- i live in california and i am wondering when and how to get a license. is it hard? i heard this thing that starting this year people born in 1991 have to wait until 18 to drive is that true?

I got my CA driver's license when I was 16 many years ago. Yes, the written test is hard and you need to carefully study and prepare for it. Once you pass the written test, then you take the driving test with an examiner. They flunk most people taking it for the first time to stress the importance of being a defensive driver, and how dangerous driving really is.

go online to CA RMV and you can download the book their readit study it good look remember driving is a privlige not a right you will be in control of a killing machine if you act stupid behind the wheel
