JUST STOP! most people even when not in love will stick with the familiar even at the expense of the other party. She is your ex and you don't love her and obviously don't care about her or you wouldn't keep sleeping with her.
Either she is an easy piece of ***, you can't get a piece of *** or you are just a loser, which is it? But regardless JUST STOP!

i had the same problem i was not in love with my ex but for a hole year i kept sleeping with him and i couldnt stop.
just stop seeing her (find another play mate) but make sure u pratice safe sex or even go selabant????
do u want to stop maybe u to should be together still because there is some what of a candle lit still. ITS probly confusing her too

If you both know that there is no more relationship and you are both willing what’s the problem?,
Failing that if your ex feels that every time you do sleep with her there is a chance you could get back together you must stop because that is just cruel.

Why would you want to stop? You're a bloke - go for it! If she is your ex, and you don't want to get back with her, sleep around with other birds and give her a dose! Pay back is a bit(ch)!
ps. I'm very bitter & twisted and by following my advice, all forms of further relationship with your ex goes straight out of the window!!!

Its easy to go back to what is comfortable even when the relationship is over. This will not be very popular advice.. but if you sleep with someone else this is the first step in letting go of the old routine.

You're probably still pretty fond of her. When our lives change, we do not stop loving the people we have known, if we really loved them in the first place. You will probably stop sleeping with her when that love for her stops. - Chris.

Try keeping your pants on and learn to say no. No-one 'just ends up in bed with someone'. It's usually a conscious decision. And it takes a bigger man to walk away from sex than to go through with it.

What does this have to do with tv? but I will answer anyway, you may not love her but you enjoy the sex, maybe it's something you are so used to doing that you don't even think about it before you do it.
