x^(a/b) {here 1/16} canbe converted to x by raising it by (b/a) {here 16/1}
since both sides have to be equal you raise the power of the other side (here 4) by the same ratio (here 16/1 =16)
so the answer is 4^16..(well you know how to calculate that)
was the explanation simple enough so thatyou canapply it any such problem?

Raise both by the 16th power.

You get:
4^16 = x

4^16 = 2^32 = 4294967296

so x = 4294967296

raise both sides to the power of 16. You'll end up with

4^16= x because 16* 1/16=1
