no, if you want some you can buy TSP at building supply stores. It is used to clean concrete and other things. The small ammount will do little harm and probably won't go down the drain as it is an ingredient in fertilizer TSP= tri sodium phosphate. You can also use it to strip wax off things.

Phosphate is no longer used as an additive due to environmental concerns.

It is used in some countries. Some other countries banned it completely while others only permit a certain maximum amount.

So it will depend where you live and what the current regulations are where you live.

Maybe carbon tetrachloride? CCl4. My friend works at a dry cleaners and he uses CCl4 in his soaps.
