Being spoiled typically means that one is getting more than one deserves or, put differently, that one is getting what one has not earned.
Whether or not this is bad is a personal judgment and depends on circumstance. If one is born into a wealthy family that provides all of the basic needs plus a great deal of wants, that is not something one can control. But if one is demanding, unsatisfied with what they have, and expects others to accommodate their needs at all times and by all costs, most people would probably agree that is a bad thing. Some people who are "spoiled", however, make a point of acknowledging their privilege and try to use what they have to help others. I think most people consider this to be a good thing.

It is, if that's how people truly see you. It implies that you've been given any and every thing you could ever want or need and then some just so you could have it. Sometimes parents will give their kids whatever they want as a substitute for the attention that they really need. Is this the case with you? If not, then I wouldn't be too concerned with what other people think. Be more concerned with how you act and carry yourself, then perhaps people will stop calling you a spoiled rich kid.

there's a difference between a rich kid, a spoiled rich kid, and a bratty spoiled rich kid. If you're a bratty spoiled rich kid, yes, that is a bad thing.
