Something cute. Modest looking shoes, if you know what I mean. Wearing 4 inch stilletos with a tube top would look a bit risque...maybe a low heel. Look at the Tommy Hilfiger site, they have a lot that would look cute with a tube top.

Tube tops are naturally a beachy feel so worn with a shrug and flats can season it up and bring you into fall. If you just want a tube top and you want ot bare all, slip into some flipflops to accent that look, what ever you do don't put on pumps, it will only look slutty. Don't try sneakers either, they would look tacky together.

Something casual. You really shouldn't dress up a tube top too much. Low-heel sandals are a sure bet!

it would depen on what you wanted to wear on bottom, i would say pretty flip flops.
