Hello Friends, Its my first question in here -- Let me explain myself. I have a friend (a recently married girl) in UK, She want divorce from her husband but it seems that her husband will not give her divorce. She want to go to court, but she is unsure of cost of "contested" divorce in UK, including court fees and solicitor fees. By contested i mean her husband will not agree to give divorce and will try to defend in court. Remember, she dont have any kids and no financial matters to settle down. Just contested divorce!!

Answers will be appriciated, Any personal experiance will be much better. Thank you all.

maximum divorces in this u . s . a . are no longer contested. what's the ingredient of attempting to stay married to somebody who doesnt choose to be married to you? except she needs to remarry quickly, why doesnt she in simple terms stay different than for him. Why does she choose to pass to court docket for goodness sake? She has no little ones and no economic concerns to settle - so in simple terms walk AWAY! and break up at a later degree devoid of situation. A contested divorce might desire to cost lots in solicitors expenditures etc. it is how solicitors get rich!
