how many bluegrass fans do we have here on this page?i know iam 1,i love bill monroe,lester flatt and earl scruggs,and most of the bluegrass musicians,how about you?i even got records of bluegrass.just call me a hillbilly lol.

Bill Monroe is awesome i love all his songs especially Close By and Toy Heart and Flatt and Scruggs are outstanding 2 and Ralph Stanley and the Louvin Brothers there is alot of great bluegrass so enjoy it! If you want a great set get The Essential Bill Monroe 1936-1994 a 4 cd set that is the best bluegrass set it has so many great songs like Footprints In The Snow or Muleskinner Blues and In The Pines and also has Blue Moon Of Kentucky and On And On and The Girl In The Blue Velvet Band a truly amazing song! Great set you need to own it!

Like all music, well almost. I went to a bluegrass festival in 79 in Atlantia, Ga. WOW! it was cool believe it or not. Dancing in the mud, downpours, Great time! I saw "The Nitty Gritty Dirt band." They were great. My maiden name is Scruggs, Earl is my dads first cousin, but I have not meet him. Gotta respect the music even if its not your cup of tea, more power to you! I heard the song" Fox on the run." must have been a hundred times at the three day event. Got tired of it.

i love country music, but bluegrass isnt exactly my favorite. i do listen to some, though
