Prove yourself trustworthy.

If it were me, I would make sure that I am demonstrating responsibility. This means to have your homework done and turned in on time, study hard for tests, do your chores w/o being asked, speak respectfully to your parents, let them know where you are and make sure you let them know if you leave. Also look at your friends- are they trustworthy? If not, you may need to make new ones. Are you involved in sports or other after school activities? Do you volunteer anywhere? These all demonstrate trustworthiness. Have you ever had a conversation with your parents about what they would like you to show them to earn their trust? That would help, too. The BEST thing, though, is to never lie to them- not matter how difficult that may be. Good luck!

You never have to tell your parents everything - whoever has? LOL!
But if they have curfew rules, you must obey them. If you haven't done your homework, don't lie about it. Parents worry. If you've missed your curfew, and didn't bother to call, they'll be imagining the worst. If things don't seem fair, you can always negotiate. If you follow basic house rules and don't lie then your parents will trust you. Try to spend quality time with them, so that you don't drift apart. If they haven't trusted you in the past, it's never too late to repair the lack of trust. Show you are willing, that you want your relationship with them to be better. It will work, believe me.
Good luck;-)

Wait until you feel like you cam talk to your parents without getting over emotional and then ask them to list the reasons that they do not trust you. Discuss ways that the trust can be reinstated, and assure them of your sincerity. After this dicussion make sure to follow through on any promises you have made

Trust is earned, not given. Just ALWAYS be honest with your parents, never and I mean NEVER lie or keep secrets from them. That is how you can get your parents to trust you.

Do the right thing and if you make a mistake, take responsibility for it. You apologize and make amends. You put 100% effort into your work. Be honest with everything and always communicate with them, even with the touchy subjects. They will trust you as long as you are honest and upfront with them. Try helping those a little less fortunate than you. That will help too, as long as it comes from your heart.

Sorry Steph I don't know how old you are . my son is 15 next year , and I still don't really want him at parties especially ones with alcohol. Girl Friends are allowed but only with rules and supervision .
It is not a trust thing, parents know that whilst their children think they are mature and grown up they are still experimenting with life need good advice and set boundaries set for them .
It's not trust you are our babies we love you and will hang on for that little bit longer if we can

Well, assuming they "don't" trust you? It took time for that to happen, so time is what it will take "to" trust you, right? Don't do anything to give them extra reason to not, just do what you're supposed to do, and before you know it, they will, okay? Be patient. Good luck.

Do what ever they tell you to do, do well in school, and trust me, they will trust you, you have to show them that you can be responsible!
Good luck!
