if you have s-vid on your computer then get a s-vid to scart cable:

http://www.chaseavdirect.co.uk/bcatalog/IXOS-XHV401-150-S-Video-to-Scart-Cable-1-5m.html

or if you have phonos then get 3 phone to 3 phone cable:

http://uk.insight.com/apps/productpresentation/index.php?product_id=CANOA03TLE&cm_mmc=Froogle-_-AI-_-CAN-_-CANOA03TLE&src=FRO1

you probably can get them much cheaper on ebay, but just using the sites as examples

With the s-vid you wonlt have the sound from the TV

if the cable idea does not work, try burning a DVD or CD-R if you have a writer and the required software. I assume you have a DVD player, if so, then make sure it accepts mpegs, if not you will have to change the video file format to another accepted format with software you can get freely on the internet.
