ignore the freezer comment please...and maybe they all do that, but it's still not good for the computer. an external fan in probably your best bet. i had the same problem and an Antec (r) external laptop fan has made it a lot better. my hand doesn't get burned when i type and more importantly, i'm not worried about my computer's functionality anymore. you might want to look into it. there are probably other brands and such but that one is the only one i have had experience with and it works.

Get a fan for it. I don't know exactly what it's called, but my grandpa has one and he attaches it to the bottom of his laptop to keep it cool using an external fan.

i thing you should try to put it in some cool place. dont download more songs. uninstrall the programs that u don't use.
