i want to stay with 939 , but make sure i dont bottleneck when the 8 series comes out

and that would really boost me from my 3800+ single core

Well it sounds like you have a price range in mind, tell us what that is and we can make a good suggestion.

FX57 all the way at $650 or 4800X2 at $290.FX57 is 2.8ghz single core and 4800 is 2.4 ghz dual core.

I'd get either a fx60 or 4800+ I have the same card and a 4800+ I love them both
