i had thought long and hard about this for the past 8 years and seen the standards of this country deteriroate in front of my very eyes and so, why not? besides, its not as if its a nation to be proud of anymore. i will emigrate to another country in the not too distant future, preferbly america or south africa. yes they both have problems but which country doesn't? and anyway, life in those countries would be better than living in britain. the 'great' in great britain doesn't exist anymore, all partly because of the immigration laws in this country and our shabbily run government led by a prime minister whose popularity and trust has further declined and tarnished the image of this country

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. There is a takeover bid in this country now and our government is letting it happen cos they don't want to upset anyone from another country! Never mind what we think or want.

No, sorry, not with you on this one. I would rather live in the UK.....being around people with lovely accents all the time and great theatre, although we have it too, but I think it's different. And not to mention gorgeous guys!! I'll swap you houses?
