There has been a school shooting almost every other week for the past two months - including the Amish School shooting.
Why hasn't there been any backlash against the N.R.A?
Is it because the Republicans are bottling the news up until the November elections? To point to the N.R.A is also to cause trouble for the Republicans since many of them are gun fanatic rednecks.
Sure they like to talk about how "GUNS ARE FOR LEGAL, LAW UPHOLDING CITIZENS PROTECTION" but strangely enough, every time one of these trashbags gdrinks to much, forgets to lock the gun up, or catches his wife cheating on a man with "more endowment", he goes on a rampage.
These reich wingers also don't talk about how "gun ownership in America" is mostly for Whites and non-whites are either living in places where guns are prohibitted or they are discouraged from owning them.
Fortunately non-whites are smart enough to buy guns - just in case these White nationalists have any delusion of...

NRA is for responsible gun ownership and safety training. They advocate stiffer penalties for gun related crimes.
I doubt the nutcase shooters are NRA members.

Reich wingers? oh come on you can do better than that you come across like Michael Moore ( a great story teller) . The N.R.A. is a legal organization that has many members white and black . Sadly this was missed in Moores Docu-Fables with its slanderous Ami nation in Bowling for Columbine falsely connecting the N.R.A. with The Ku - Klux - Klan. I have more time for so called 'fanatic rednecks' then lying liberals who pretend there are patriotic yet put they country down whenever the opportunity arises. By the way I'm British and its really bad here with bias BBC and the aw full Guardian newspaper really Anti American bordering on racist in my opinion.

Go take a deep breath and sit down before you fall off you soapbox.
I am a believer in the right to bear arms. I also am a firm believer in back ground checks and safety programs.
Your " Reich winger" remarks are childish and racist so I am led to believe you are a liberal.
I am a republican but for 20 years I was a democrat - my opinion and my right as a gun owner has not changed.

They have an extremely powerful lobby and the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution to back them up. "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." Then there is the ever popular "when owning a gun is criminal, only criminals will have guns!" Amazing...You took your argument from concerned citizen to racist vigilante. Sounds like some kind of personal problem to me. Lose the gun, be careful when and where you travel and get some anger management counseling.

No backlash because every american has the right to blow the brains out of anyone he doesnt like. But still, whats the problem, americans only murder 16500 of their countrymen every year. The police do far worse, only managing to shoot dead an average of 400 a year. The rest of the world is hoping that these figures will rise, preferably exponentially over the next few years.
Guns dont kill people.....americans do

the constitution says we have the 'RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS' but back at that time I don't think our forefathers had any idea that uzi's, nine millimeters, ak-47's, assault rifles, etc. would come into existence. we have to draw the line somewhere. times have changed since the constitution was written.
I don't believe this is what our forefathers had in mind.
