well, you could take a college major like Industrial Design and learn how to design the interior of cars and learn about that kind of thing, but if you like working on cars, take the AA/AS degree program at a local community college. They train and certify you and it is at a reasonable cost.

Community colleges often offer degrees in automotive repair and maintenance. You might want to consider treating cars as a hobby and go for a degree in another subject (e.g. business). Good luck.

I would highly recomend Universal Technical Institute. They have campuses all over the country I have know many people that have went there and got great paying jobs as auto mechanics afterwards
