I'm male, 165 pounds, wear a 32 waist. No matter what pants I wear, they don't stay up, and I always wear a belt. I don't have much of a butt, either. Any ideas? I wear my belt tight enough (uncomfortable most of the time) and I wear an undershirt to provide "friction." It doesn't matter whether it's jeans, pants, etc. Any ideas? Wider belt? Tighter?

well i reackon you need a tighter belt, definately....if not get pants that actually are made for a 32 waist! if you are getting bogger pants, well then thats the problem! but yeah, gett a better tighter widder belt!

Get a tailor or just buy smaller pants in the petite section. Or even gain some weight! Just a few pounds... It'll work I guess.

smaller size would definitely be better. stores like old navy and gap go all the way down to 29/30 size, so you can shop there. if the smaller waist is too short, you can get a longer inseam. good luck, i hope you find what you're looking for!

you obviosly have no hips...so i would go with a wider belt defianlty and look for jeans that have smaller butts in them, i know it sounds nuts but you can find jeans that have smaller butt areas to stay up ....ask you closest jeans retailer....

Work out your buttocks often and you will develop enough butt to keep your pants up.
