SP 1 is installed below SP2, So you already have SP1.
If you uninstall SP2 ( if you can), you will revert back to SP1. It may depend on your operating system version, which if newer, came with SP2 pre-installed, in which case, you may not be able to remove it. Check instructions for "show updates" below to see if it is an option.
( Im not sure if you can or should actually remove SP2, dont know why you ever would, unless you just want to reinstall).
But,
Start, Control Pannel, Add Remove Programs,
Select Service Pack 2
To View All security fixes, upgrades, to Windows, and the media player, hot fixes etc,
At the top of the screen, click SHOW UPDATES,
and look again,
This will show all security patches, upgrades etc, so you can remove and reinstall.
Depending on your operating system version, after removing SP2, ( rebooting) and rechecking this Add/Remove section, you will probably see SP1 as a new option to remove.
Hope you know what you are attempting.
May the force be with you....
