It's hard to say.....we just talked about this in nursing school....They think he is in a state of remission but he does not have any signs or symptoms of any longer being a carrier. HIV/AIDS does not have a cure...so he must still be a carrier just is in a state of remission. This virus will accually hide in your tissue and muscle.

There is no cure for HIV/AIDS. He has the HIV virus and has not developed full-blown AIDS, which is why he is still alive. The drugs being used for HIV these days enable people to go a lot longer without developing AIDS.I think his HIV was caught early on and that helps as well.

bearing this in mind- exercise caution- as was mentionned- there is no cure for AIDS!

No, he is absolutely not cured, but living a healthy life due to the drugs that he can afford due to his celebrity. Pretty good place to be since 250,000 men/women/children die in Africa due to HIV/AIDS every MONTH. I think that if you do the math, it's worse than the Holocaust when tragically and unforgivably 6 millions Jewish people were slaughtered. That's a drop in the bucket compared to the tragedy in Africa. Just my humble opinion and God Bless.
