You probably shouldn't do it this way, but I've used a pen, the end of a pen. Just rub it very quickly across the A button, going off the button from top to bottom, or left to right. You can use your thumbnail too, but might get a blister.

Her name is Gracey and you have to push the button really fast.Ive never beat her but my cousin has once or twice.

i have only beat it a few times but me and my friends would just keep tapping and if that dosent work then reset the date and try again.
