I'd say the 2 journals you mention are professional journals. You can find CITATIONS for other medical journals at: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?DB=pubmed

My guess is that you are in college. If so, your college library probably provides access to journals online. Check with them. Another useful source for medical info is:
