Is there a way on Win Xp to see the usernames and passwords of people that loged in to a msgr in my computer?

For both MSN and Yahoo:
ID's - yes, if they've turned on archiving. The ID are in folders on your hard drive, with the conversations under it in subfolders. MSN stores them in XML files, Yahoo in encrypted files.

Passwords - no, it's more than likely encrypted and I have no idea where it would store it.

The others out there... I have no idea.

if you have software that records keystrokes but passwords for messangers do not save on your computer
