So, I keep reading about how bad it is for America and how it abolishes habeas corpus and how it poos all over the constitution, but I want proof! I want to see exactly what the bill says. Where can I find this information? Any links, please?

It gives rights to enemy combatants for the first time ever. No country recognizes right for enemy combatants, they are not even protected by any of the Geneva Conventions. Prior to the MCA: 2006 enemy combatants could be subject to summary execution as spies are.
It also specifies that US citizens in the US are not enemy combatants, so citizens and those arrested in the USA can still submit a writ of habeas corpus and are entitles to a trial, not a military tribunal.
Liberal organizations are using a lot of spin for the election year, but are horribly distorting the truth.
