The Democrats.

Liberals defend the bill of rights everyday. Outspoken critics on the nonfreedom patriot act, the anti-freedom Bush administration, provided women the right to vote, and choose.

We believe you can decide your morals better than the gov't can.

In a free nation we shouldn't legislate morality over adults.

Libertarians are the true freedom givers. Republicans give out stupid laws just because it unmoral instead of letting an adult actually make his/her own choice. Libertarians stand for freedoms both Democrats and Republicans can never give. Then after they make these laws, they start waving the flag and talking about how free Americans are. Yet they allow no one to truely make an individual choice that won't infringe on anyone elses freedoms.

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish then...he has to get a license, make sure he's obeying fishing laws, then when he catches the fish and guts it, the sanitation crew comes in wondering where he's going to put the fish guts in his own private establishment because it isn't sanitary, and all he wanted to do is to eat a f/ucking fish.

It is a mix match. I heard a republican not too long ago complaining about regulations and talked about how the goverment regulated what ketchup is. Naturally if there was no regulation on what is what then fraud could never be proven.

On the flip side, the only ones I have ever heard of calling for bans are democrats (Tipper Gore on music and Hillary Clinton on video games)

It depends on how the country is at a particular time as to who is better.

It is not the political party that gives freedom, it is our constitution. It is our laws and military that preserves freedom.

Neither one, the freedoms that we as Americans enjoy are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights portion of the U.S. Constitution.
