Only eat when you're hungry...and if you're not sure if you're hungry eat a small snack to tie you over for a while. Also, as everyone else said, you could drink water because it is filling...buttttt if you drink too much you'll be making plenty of trips to the bathroom.

There is no big secret to it sweetheart, It is all about what u eat. If u love to eat then eat things that aren't high in fat and calories.Like fish,fruits,veggies,and chicken without that delicious skin. Or u can put only so much on your plate and promise yourself u won't go back for seconds...Thats will power, If u do the cooking then only cook so much if your will power is nill..Good luck Plus thats all in her mind about Angel food cake...It might be the water though..Water does fill u up...Thats why I drink only water with my meals

Sorry I know you don't want to hear this but one word..WILLPOWER! Also try drinking a large glass of water before each meal..it fills up your stomach. Soup before a meal does the same thing. If nothing works get a check up.. you could have a metabolic disorder causing you to feel hungry even when you are not. Good luck.

I don't really, I just try to minimise the damage by being prepared with good foods to eat lots of, like low jule jelly, fruit and vegetavles.

i was really overweight and believe it or not, what helped me was the gym cos i spent there lots of time so when i cam home i was too tired to eat, and also placing a picture of halle berry on james bond, when she's wearing the bikini. everytime i went to the fridge i thought about it twice.
also i filled up my fridge with healthy cereal bars and lots of yogurt and fruit so when i was really hungry thats the only thing i could eat. hope it helps.

Depends what you are eating. Load your plate with alot of veggies and low calorie foods. The high fat, or high calorie foods, take a small portion.

a slice of angel food cake and a glass of water. The cake expands and gives you the feeling of being full. It's also MUCH safer than diet pills.
