In programming, it's CS, Basic, HTML.
In more slang, it's called 'net speak, and is what a lot of teenagers try to write like these days.

Go to menu under tools then under general at bottom click on languages. Setting is - English (United States) [en-us]
That is the U.S. setting, you can see all the other settings that are possible there.
