what the rules for stopping at weigh stations in florida with pick up pulling a 40ft trailer?

You are not a commercial vehicle so you don't have to stop at the weigh station.

Only The Tractor trailers (Semi's) stop at weigh stations. It has nothing to do with trailer's or R.V's. Your good to go.
