(Well some of these are actually "rules", its just that I know the people there wouldn't want to dance like that.)
-the person you are dancing with must be a ruler apart from you
-no formal or ball room dancing
-no freak dancing
-goes along with hip-hop and r&b music

what exactly is freak dancing? I'm not sure.
There's really still fun and going out and dancing with a bunch of people without the whole bump and grind that would be considered inappropriate to school officials.

i dont know about at your school, or if you've gone to any dances there before, but at mine nobody really follows those rules. its usually all grinding etc. but as long as you're not doing something reealllyy inappropriate (kissing, some sort of sex imitation) then i'm sure the chaperones wont freak too badly.

Swing dancing - it's not considered so much ballroom but I've danced that way to ALL types of music.

hi i like it!! that is incredibly clever. (if my college has a occasion like that, i'm gonna scouse borrow ur outfit) u'll stick out in a stable way and that i think of u'll get various complements!

wow....not even my middle school was that strict not to mention my high school! move your hips back and forth...thats really all thats left with the rules you've given....good luck
