You may have to sew one yourself, or get someone to sew it. You could use regular western wear patterns, but up the fabric to something gorgeous and white. Pearl buttons, etc. You might also be able to find the look you like in Halloween costumes or historical costumes patterns, rather than just wedding patterns.
