You need to make sure your phone is compatible (which most modern phones are), and make sure the configuration is set up for your Network, so that your phone can recieve messages.
I suggest check out O2 website, because they have a link (I think) that will send the setting to your phone by TXT Message, and this makes things a lot easier!!
Good Luck!..... I had problems for ages, and also with Email!!!

You need to ring O2 or go to a shop and ask them to register your phone for picture messages. It doesn't cost anything. They send you some codes or something, (i can't remember exactly how it works), that you install on your phone. I think it just registers your sim card or something cause when i switched handsets it still worked. Hope you get it sorted.

On your phones menu where it says messages, phone book, profile, services etc or similar you should see 1 for 'o2'. Goto that then from that list you should see 'get settings' goto it+ follow instructions. It'll send you settings for wap, gprs or imode, multimedia messaging. Just save + activate.

Get someone to send one to your phone. Is your phone up-to-date enough to receive photo messages? If not, then you wont see a damn thing
