I drafted Paul Gasol not knowing he was hurt. I put him on the trading block and this guy offered me Stephen Jackson for him. Do i take it or try to shop him around some more?

i think you hold on to him for now .............. you are going to be able to pick up players on the waiver that will give you the same production as Stephen Jackson. i would only recommend trading him for a S Jackson caliber player if it fills a shortfall in your team maybe you dont have enough C or PG.
If your teams not doing so well later in the season you can trade him then

I wouldn't take the trade cause Gasol will be better if he is hurt then jackson
