Sorry to tell you this, but most stores only have 30-day return policy on items (45-60 for unopened stuff). Some stores have a 7-day "No Questions Asked" policy on stuff... but since you've stated 2 months of use... you're out of luck there.

You'll have to call Microsoft Tech Support for repair options as all game systems usually have a 12-month warranty (compared to game's 3 month). Just be aware that you'll have to pay for shipping to their service center.

If you still have your receipt, they will refund/exchange it for you. If you don't, there is no proof that you bought it there and you may have to use the manufacturer's warranty inside the box to get it replaced.

no if u have taken it out off the box and riped the rapping u cant take it back its like that will all elcrtonics

either get it repaired (cost alot) rturn it (a chance of no returning) or go to game stop and sell it even if it doesnt work

yeah but they wont like you anymore.i took back mine after like 35 days the said the controller was use and other dumb things but the gave me my money back.

You should be covered by a warrranty or a guarantee . . . so they may be able to help if your system is disfunctional.
