My wife wants to treat me like a baby and dress me accordingly, what are you thoughts? I am very small and very young looking for my age and I could get away with it bu t i am not sure.

Well Martin, she wants to dress you because sounds like you have absolutely NO fashion sense what so ever.
She's just trying to help you out, and instead of you 2 going shopping together, she rather just pick clothes out for you.
I can't say whether your wife has good taste or not, but the fact that she wants to dress you accordingly, sounds like she has better taste than you do.
Don't be insulted, just be greatful she cares, and takes pride in appearance. You may not understand but you're male. You don't have to understand, just smile and nod.

Martin, if u r into age play then thats fine, whatever happens between 2 consenting adults etc. Why on earth u would ask this sort of question on this type of forum leads me to think that u want lots of negative responses for whatever reason.

I'm slightly concerned by this! Unless its a kinky thing, and in that case, good for you and each to their own, not my thing, but hey, whatever turns you on...But otherwise, do you think there might be some underlying issue here that your wife needs to deal with? On the whole I think it should be done in the privacy of your home, or with like minded people, if thats what you're looking for. (Im saying this as it sounds a bit like its going to be a public thing?!) Whatever you're comfortable with, tho. Good Luck!!

Is this a sexual thing??? A towel could double as a nappy if you got some nappy pins, but are you small enough to fit in a push chair is the question? Very weird - maybe you should get her pregnant - if you can produce sperm that is.
