Orbitz is about the least expensive. You ought to go to St Croix, US Virgin Islands. It is closer and has great beaches. The all included trips are nice, but normally are put together by expensive hotels. Hotel on the Cay in St Croix is less expensive, but has a great beach and is very close to shopping. Guess what everyone speaks english.
