Diet and lifestyle are probably the cause.

A poor diet can give you heartburn, spots and unbalanced hormones.

Tiredness may be associated with a lack of iron. "Spa Tone" is a natural water that is incredibly high in iron. It comes in sachets that you put in a drink daily - orange juice is best for this purpose as the vitamin c it contains helps with iron absorption.

Eat plenty of green, leafy vegetables, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and pulses as well as fibre from whole grains. Cut down on red meat, dairy, alcohol and stimulants such as caffeine. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas and try to get in a few sessions of moderate exercise per week - swimming or walking are ideal. Stay away from processed foods such as white bread, soda, preprepared meals and takeaways.

Always consult your doctor before making any radical dietary changes to rule out any underlying health problems first.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

I am 33 as well. I have been feeling the same way...excessively tired and unmotivated. I do think it has to do with our age. Almost a turning point telling me to slow down and I don't want to!!! I think the spots may be from genetics and for the heartburn, well yeah I have to watch what I eat now too! Getting older really sucks!!!!

Sounds familiar! i think it could have a lot to do with diet and stress. I suffer with heartburn a lot and take medication for it, the things to avoid are tomatoes, cheese, oily /greasy foods, and spicy things. Milk is the best thing for heartburn as it neutralises the acid in your stomach. Personally i would go see the nurse at your surgery if u are still concerned xxx

Take a vitamin B complex or simply a Vitamin B6. The B group helps your body to destress (all bodily stress including physical and psychological), the B6 helps your body to adjust your hormonal levels. Pilate and Yoga are also very helpful, they can lift your spirit instantly.

Try agnus castus. Also try giving up wheat and/or dairy - you may have an intolerance.
