Does anyone know how to get a single male guinea pig to lose some weight?

The tough part is, I do all that all ready, and I know that they are naturally big, but he just lost his brother, and I don't want him to have health problems and lose him too :(

Build a play pen for the guinea pig in a room where you can close the door (so the guinea doesn't get loose, and if you have other pets, so they won't bother the guinea). Let the GP run around for a bit. Feed the guinea pig apples and carrots, in addition to the pellets, water and vitamin supplement (Guinea Pigs don't produce Vit. C, so they need a supplement to prevent scurvy and illness). Also buy some timothy hay which you can get at the pet store. They love it and it aids in digestion.

Don`t feed him less (only if you are feeding too much from what it says on the dirctions) make sure he is getting enough energy and also, guinea pigs are pretty big animals , so he may not be fat .. just look it.

Uh, feed him less. Get a bigger cage if that doesn't work. Guinea pigs are fat anyway--why does he need a diet?

Feed less

A female will get him moving also.

Let him run around the house(or in one room)! (Make sure all furniture in the room is easily movable. The poo is a pain to vacuum, but it's fun to play with them)
