Yes as it is possible but not very common, he needs to see his doctor, who will refer him back to the hospital, where they will ask him for a sample so they can check his sperm count.
I can not see a hospital would do a vasectomy on someone who is only 22. They will not give a woman a hysterectomy until she is in her 30s, most hospitals will not do it until a woman is 42!

There is a 6 month period after the snip where it is still possible to get pregnant, if you mean that you want to get pregnant then it can be reversed with a 80% success rate.

depends on who got the snip
If it was a guy, yes. He still got active sperm in his balls. Have to get rid of that somehow, but I'm sure you'll have plenty of good ideas.
As for the women, yes. It is very possible, and very dangerous, on both sides for the women and the baby.
There's a doctor who only snips the guys, he doesn't like to do women

As you know, anything is possible. Even women who have had their tubes tied end up pregnant. I would think there would be a small remote chance but still a chance is a chance. It would be nice if the doctors could have people sign a waiver that if a pregnancy occurs, that THEY will pay for the rearing of the child. But nothing is set in stone. Nothing is guarenteed but I would definately feel safer knowing I was snipped then if I wasn';t

when my brother had the snip, he was told not to sex for about 6 - 8 weeks after as your partner could get pregnant if the op has not been successful. i think after the 6 - 8 period he had to have a sperm test to make sure if had been successful or not.

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/ETBL2
Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.
