ok i wuz playing today and i came across some option called free will what does that mean please tell me! best answer gets 10 pts!

Basically, it means that your Sims can act on their own. If a Sim needs to go potty, it's going to go to the bathroom on it's own, without you telling it to go. Free will also kicks in when they are hungry - the Sim will just go to the fridge and start cooking, and when they're sleepy, they go to bed on their own. If you turn it off, you have to send them to the bathroom, or to the fridge, or to bed. Free will is great, because you don't have to make your Sim do every little thing. They'll do it on their own, if the need to pee, eat, or sleep doesn't get filled by you.

Free Will on the Sims and Sims 2 allows you your Sims to do things that they want to do without you telling them to, if free will is off, they they won't do anything unless you tell them to do so.

Free will means that your sims will do the basics (eat, sleep, pee, etc.) without you having to tell it to do so. This could come in handy to allow you to focus on what is important in the game.

Free will is when you have total control over their actions. They will not do a single thing unless you direct them to do so.
