yes. Besides Donald Trump and Bill Gates...
Just look at the entertainment industry. Look how well Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton, etc. have done. (even though they don't deserve the $ they have...).
The average/below-average looking people have to do normal jobs and have a normal life struggling with money. Beautiful people can model and make money easily based on their appearances...
But I think it's more of a woman's appearance that gives success. A lot of not-so-good-looking men like Trump & Gates are filthy rich and successful. So it's more of a woman's thing that men..

Yes beautiful people are more successful in life because they have a high self esteem. We are all beautiful in our own way and once we realize this we can go where ever we want to go. One thing we must remember is beauty is skin deep.

I am not sure about beautiful people, but I seen studies that say tall people are more successful than shorter people. I wouldn't think it hurts to be beautiful.
