No, the Islamic Fundlementalists are. Don't you remember the 5 attacks during the Clinton administration when we were isolationist. The 9/11 plot was hatched in the 90's So therefore, even if we did nothing, the radical Musulims would still try to kill us and have said do many times.

No. If you want to know what is affecting our homeland security. It is the stupid Americans that keep waiving the U.S. Constitution in the faces of anyone and everyone who tries to make a policy that will protect us. Hell. We can all have our rights. But they won't mean crap after we're wiped the hell off the map. It's not a Bush thing. It's a selfish American thing.
