When you get curls in your hair what do you do to keep them from messing up when you go to bed at night?

Every time I get my hair done with curls they mess up at night when I go to bed. How could I stop them from messing up?

Put on a scarf/cap and sleep on your stomach, resting your head on your crossed arms.
