i work in a cinema and at 11 at night it is myself and one other female member of staff on the floor while the manager stays in his office , i have been verbally abused is there anything i can do

What an interesting question. The answer of course depends on who owns the business, what the staffing requirements are based on sales or production needed. That number can be from 1 to whatever preset formula the place of business uses.

where are you living.. what bussiness? more details.. i mean if you want to open a 24 hour bank then i assume you need a lot! and if a convinience store maybe 2-3.. depands on location as well.

The minimum would be one? I have to say if it is to do with food then I would say two. One to handle the money and the other to handle the food.
