I used to watch it on Sunday mornings, about the same time as 'The Smoggies'. It was set in a mystery island on earth and there was a nasty guy who lived in a big house and kept trying to build a self-building road through the rest of the island. There were other characters who were considered to be the good guys who kept stopping him, I think they were humanised animals of some sort. The whole thing had a kind of environmental theme to it and I think the theme tune sounded like Supertramp had performed it. Is this ringing any bells? I promise its not just my imagination!
